Through an exclusive partnership with the KTH Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Mips, we shared our helmet CAD designs and studied the malleable skulls of young children using finite element analysis (FEA). Since children’s heads are softer and growing, the use of lower-density foam—and more of it—was a result of this partnership.

DATA-DRIVEN INNOVATION
Following our partnership with KTH and Mips, the Shuffle 2 LED has increased the amount of low-density foam inside by 18%, while only increasing the overall size of the helmet by 5%.

LED LIGHT
The Shuffle 2 LED features an integrated LED taillight for increased visibility. This taillight seamlessly integrates with the helmet's design, allowing kids to enjoy the joy of exploration while reassuring parents that their child is always within sight.

On the outside, the Shuffle 2 LED comes in vibrant colors that inspire fun and creativity in kids eager for adventure. The included sticker pack offers a retro vibe with a modern twist, with vibrant graphics and lettering for even more customization.
